The Dallas College Retail Management Certificate is designed to prepare students for career opportunities and upward mobility in the retail industry. It is endorsed by the Western Association of Food Chains and The Food Industry Association, and is relevant in any retail sector as its course content and learning outcomes mirror those advocated by the National Retail Federation.
Dallas College offers an eight course Retail Management Certificate that can be completed within two years while working full or part-time. All courses are college-level and apply to more advanced educational programs such as the [Management Careers Program: e.g. an Associate Degree in Business Administration, Associate Degree in Business Management, a Bachelor Degree in Retail Enterprises or Business Management]. Courses are available in the following formats: Face-to-Face at employer sites, on campus, on-line statewide/nationally. Courses are also offered in a 16-week or 8-week format during the FALL and SPRING Semesters with a select group of courses offered in a 5-week format during the SUMMER I and SUMMER II Sessions.
