Certificate Overview

The Business Management Certificate provides retail professionals the skills needed to advance in their careers. Endorsed by the Western Association of Food Chains (WAFC) and Food Marketing Institute, the coursework provides relevant education for all retail sectors.

Whatcom Community College offers an eight-course Business Management Certificate that can be completed within two years while working full or part-time.  All courses are college-level and apply to more advanced educational programs such as Whatcom’s Associate in Science Business Administration, Accounting, and Finance degrees as well as Whatcom’s new Bachelor of Applied Science-Applied Management degree.  All courses are available online.
